Between lectures, Mahindra University's 4,000+ students had only 20 minutes to grab food. The result? Chaos. Long queues, missed meals, and operational inefficiencies for the cafeteria staff.

We needed to digitise the entire ordering workflow, from inventory management for the kitchen to a seamless "grab-and-go" experience for students, without disrupting campus infrastructure.

We engineered Grubzly as a robust Progressive Web App (PWA). Students can pre-order from their dorms, pay digitally, and receive a notification exactly when their food is ready.

For the kitchen, we built a high-contrast Kitchen Display System (KDS) that aggregates orders in real-time, optimising batch cooking and inventory usage.
