Fueling Campus
Life.

Between lectures, Mahindra University's 4,000+ students had only 20 minutes to collect food. The result was long queues, missed meals, and operational pressure for cafeteria staff.
The platform needed to digitize the full ordering workflow, from kitchen inventory management to a seamless "grab-and-go" experience for students, without disrupting campus infrastructure.

Just-in-Time
Dining
We engineered Grubzly as a robust Progressive Web App (PWA). Students can pre-order from their dorms, pay digitally, and receive a notification when their food is ready.
For the kitchen, we built a high-contrast Kitchen Display System (KDS) that aggregates orders in real time, improving batch cooking, order visibility, and inventory usage.

Campus-Wide Velocity
"I used to skip lunch entirely because the queues were so unpredictable. Now I just order from my dorm and grab it between lectures. Absolute lifesaver."
